Improper Behavior

This is a professional practice.

It rarely happens, but on occasion a person may feel slight arousal. That in itself is not considered illicit, suggestive or offensive as long as no sexual comments or advances are made.

EVERYONE is welcome here

This practice is to be considered a safe place for ALL people. You will find no judgment from me and are free to be your true self. The only thing that will not be tolerated is hate speech of any kind. Whether our opinions on a matter are similar or not, I will not tolerate mean or hateful statements. I do not require you to hold the same ideas, beliefs or moral code as me.

Poor Health / Sick

Coming in sick puts us and our clients at risk.

We waive fees associated with canceling if you are sick. If you constantly need to cancel due to illness we will require a letter from your physician stating that you are in good enough health to receive a massage.

Rescheduling 

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 12 hours notice. Failure to give appropriate notice will result in no less than 50% of the scheduled session's fee charged to the credit card on file.

If we am able to fill the spot, the session fee will be waived.

We understand that emergency situations happen and take that into consideration.

Cancel/No Show

In the event that you need to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to give appropriate notice and we am unable to fill your appointment slot the full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

In the event you do not show for your appointment, the full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file and you will be required to prepay your future appointments for no less than 6 months.
